Since 2007, Defo Labor has operated as a cultural platform and communal space, providing a visible and welcoming environment for design thinking. Defo is an inspirational venue where exhibitions, workshops, lectures, and educational programs bring together creators and thinkers from various fields.
Over the years, numerous notable projects have been realized here: VITRIN (2018), in collaboration with Solinfo Group, explored the complex world of interior design through iconic furniture pieces, while Zsigmond Dora’s 2024 menswear pop-up shop examined the relationship between menswear and spatial experience.
From 2025, it continues as Defo Concept Space, a dynamic, invitation-based creative platform. Its character is always shaped by the current installations and events, with the goal of creating a living, inclusive environment where experimentation, dialogue, and inspiration meet.
For me, Defo has always been more than a studio: it is a reflection of my creative thinking. With the renewal, my paintings also regularly find a place here at informal events, offering new perspectives on my artistic world.
