The built heritage of downtown has been given a new interpretation aligned with contemporary gastronomic demands. Its corner position and full-height glass facades act as an exceptional showcase, revealing the world of the bakery and bistro.

The needs of downtown dining spaces are increasingly focused on the integration of terraces and interior areas. Connecting indoors and outdoors has resulted in new spatial solutions, further emphasized by the scale and elements of landscape architecture.

The space is organized around a long communal table positioned along the facade and a double-sided counter marking the central axis of the dining area. Tourists arriving from the Basilica enter directly into the merged experience of terrace and interior space.

The feeling of “being in nature” was realized in collaboration with landscape architect György Zsigmond. An open display kitchen in the corner of the spacious area makes the gastronomic concept visible to passersby.

Architectural-scale spatial elements, podiums, floorings, and furniture enhance the urban landscape experience. Today, the space functions as both a bistro and bakery.
