Located in the heart of the historic downtown, atop the Room Hotel, is the Solid Sky Bar, which was included in the Michelin Guide’s recommended restaurants in 2023. Solid is the sister restaurant of the Michelin-starred Salt, located on the ground floor of the Room Hotel.
The central element of the space is a large-scale spiral staircase, whose vertical curved wall creates exclusive box-style seating. The massive circular glass surfaces provide an unobstructed visual experience of the rooftop terrace. The fully or partially open glass box integrates a green plant pergola installation, completing the space on a landscape-architectural scale.
The combination of glass and mirrored surfaces, the circular arrangement of comfortable seating, and the gastronomic experience inspired by Salt’s kitchen create a unique harmony with the urban panorama.
