In the historic building crowned with Pallas Athena, cultural heritage meets contemporary community functions. A glass skylight stretches over the former inner courtyard, creating a central atrium flooded with natural light, while the interior greenery contributes to a generous, permeable spatial experience. Raw steel, wood, and preserved furniture establish a restrained, timeless character. Distinct focal points include the integrated bookshelf referencing the Athenaeum printing house, the spiral staircase, and the geometrically fractured reception. Along the vertical circulation, dormitories with bunk beds alternate with double rooms, while floating light–net installations line the corridors. Function and aesthetics form a unified, community-friendly system.
