The semi-basement, 70 m² space in Újlipótváros has been transformed into a professional gastronomic creative workshop, functioning both as a base kitchen and a restaurant. The spatial organization follows the logic of kitchen processes; a transparent, permeable connection is established between the dining area and the back-of-house functions, providing a continuous spatial experience.
Raw steel, wooden surfaces, and vintage furniture evoke layers of the past, reinterpreted through contemporary graphic elements. The restrained presence of neutral materials provides a fitting framework for gastronomic experimentation, while the intimate zones are balanced by a spacious, open communal area, making the place both a workshop and a meeting point.
